You need to register using a selfie so that our software can match your face to the photos taken. This helps ensure that you have access to your photos and makes the process more secure and personalised.

To register, scan the QR code provided, then add your details and upload a selfie. This allows our software to match your face to the photos taken.

If you haven’t received an SMS with a link to view your gallery, it means your selfie hasn’t been matched to any images yet. This could be due to:
- The quality of the selfie you uploaded.
- Challenges in matching your face because of glasses or a helmet.
- Photos from the event still being uploaded.
To resolve this, try uploading another selfie:
- Remove your glasses and helmet if you wore them in the first selfie.
- Wear your glasses or helmet if you didn’t in the first selfie.
We appreciate your patience as we finalise the uploads!

You can register your child on their behalf by taking a photo of a photo of them and adding it to their registration.

Yes, you can add a second mobile number to each registration. SMS notifications will go to both numbers when photos are matched to the gallery.
On the event

SportsPix will be photographing on the following days:
Day 1: Saturday 23rd November - Wodonga
Day 2: Sunday 24th November - Wodonga to Myrtleford
Day 7: Friday 29th November - Mansfield to Alexandra
Day 8: Saturday 30th November - Alexandra to Marysville
Day 9: Sunday 1st December - Marysville to Healesville (Finish Line) -
You'll find the golden couches at the lunch stop on Day 2

You'll be able to have a fun photo taken with a 40th-anniversary banner on:
Day 1 Arrival (Wodonga)

Photos will be uploaded to your personal gallery overnight after each day of photography.
You will receive an email after the event to inform you when all the photos have been uploaded.

Upload times depend on internet speed, which can cause delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control the upload speed, particularly in rural areas.

You’ll be notified via SMS each day that photos are matched to your private gallery.
You’ll also receive an email once all photos from the ride have been uploaded.
Ordering

Photos will be uploaded to your personal gallery overnight after each day of photography.
You can order then, or wait until the end of the ride so you can select from all the photos taken of you.

Depending on your preference, you can buy printed photos in various styles or digital files.
You can use the link sent to you to view your gallery and product options during the ride without ordering. You can go back anytime and place an order.

For security reasons, you can only order using the link sent to you via SMS.

Once you are in your gallery, select your favourite photos and the products you like the best.

You can order your photos as soon as you receive your first SMS or wait until the end of the event to select from all the images taken of you.
You will receive an email notifying you once all photos from the ride have been uploaded.
You can place an order anytime, but please note that free postage is only available for a limited period. -
If you order any prints before Sunday 15th December 2024 you will receive free postage to your nominated address within Australia.
Print orders placed from Monday 16th December will be charged a $8.95 postage fee.
We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on any orders.

No, SMS messages can only be sent to Australian phone numbers. International phone numbers are not supported for SMS delivery.

Yes, you will receive an SMS once per day if new images of you are matched to your gallery

Once all photos from the event have been uploaded, you will receive a notification via email.

If you participated in previous years’ events but didn’t get your photos for any reason, you can still register and view them!
